"Stop a moment! " -Aoner or later every woman near Balzac Age calls out and looks in the mirror. And this is by no means due to the fact that this special moment of her life is somehow excellent. No, the time is that time flies too quickly and every moment takes a piece of youth and beauty with it. Despite the fact that Chronos is an extremely stubborn deity and nobody agrees, there is no reason to get into despair: In the arsenal of modern cosmetology as in the hat of the magician, there is always a tool that can effectively resist the inevitable process of Aling. For example laser rejuvenation.

Types of laser rejuvenation
Heating at low temperature gently influences the processes in the skin without violating the surface. At the same time, the heating leads to high temperatures to destroy and reject its areas. First of all, laser rejuvenation technologies are classified according to the degree of your trauma for fabrics.
Ablation (ablative) rejuvenation
High temperatures are used for the ablative laser rejuvenation, under whose influence tissue areas practically evaporate. Rather, intracellular liquids evaporate and the cells themselves are burned. It sounds creepy, but the process occurs so quickly that the fabrics don't even have time to transmit heat into deeper layers. This process is quite aggressive and associated with a significant violation of the skin surface. But there are situations in which only they can help.
For example, if you have to get rid of a rough scar, a deep scar or a serious post -acne stove, the corresponding areas of the skin are simply burned with short laser impulses that destroy the epidermis and damage the dermis. This triggers a powerful process of regeneration and intensive collagen synthesis, whereby the new skin appears smooth and clean.
Ablation technologies are typically used for:
- Wrinkles (facial treatment, network) and deep structural grooves or wrinkles smooth;
- Neutralization of the manifestations of pigmentation and hyperpigmentation of the skin on the face, neck, in the neckline;
- Elimination of the looseness of the skin;
- Light and medium lifting;
- Reduction of the severity of the post -acne;
- Smell of striae (stretch marks) and scars.
Laser methods with a high temperature are carried out with Carbo dioxide (CO)2) or hereditary laser. The first is able to provide the required temperature in the epidermis, the upper layers of the dermis and the tissues below. The second - heats the skin at a much smaller depth (approx. 0, 4 mm).
Whatever the laser is used.
Non -ambled rejuvenation
Non-street (non-Bati) laser rejuvenation is based on relatively low temperature effects on the deep layers of the skin and does not violate the skin surface. This technology has a different name - photography.
The economical effect of non -procedure enables you to be used in all parts of the body. This is only to cope with the pronounced signs of aging these procedures, unfortunately unable, so it is recommended for people between the ages of 25 and 35.

NOT -ALERT -ELENGENGE is initially used in the fight against initial age changes, such as: B. :
- The appearance of the first wrinkles;
- Acceptance of the skin tone;
- Pigmentation injury.
As a rule, they do not use a neodymium laser and an inheritance glass, which are not valuable laser rejuvenation, the rays of which can penetrate up to a depth of 1, 8 to 4 mm.
The use of non-blantive technologies does not require long-term rehabilitation, so they are used for so-called express education. A classic example of such a procedure is a smooth pattern.
Smooth shoot
This procedure may be very important to business people who appreciate their time: they have to agree, it is extremely comfortable to rejuvenate in 1 hour and not worry about the restoration level.
With a smooth range (from the English. Glatt smooth, smooth, even, calm) epidermis and the upper layers of the dermis were warmed up evenly with a laser radiation with a long pulse. Since the process is not bative (i. e. it does not violate the skin) and the fabrics do not occur to overheat, it can also be used for all areas of the face and body for the skin over the breast glands and the thyroid gland.
As a result of the procedure:
- The skin becomes more elastic and elastic;
- Small folds are smoothed;
- Pores narrow;
- The skin color improves and its sound is aligned.
As a rule, the effect of the smooth unit is preserved for a long time: from six months to one year.
Field rejuvenation
Imagine an area of the skin that has to be "processed" with a laser. You can do this in two ways:
- work entirely on the entire surface of the area with a beam;
- A beam with a point effect on the micro zones (breaks) within the location, which is between 20 and 50% of its total area.
The first method is classic, the second was invented in the early 2000s and is referred to as fractional.
Obviously, the break method with high temperature effects on the skin is much less traumatic. In this case, there is no complete (continuous) skin injury: every point zone that is exposed to the laser borders on untouched healthy areas of the skin that contribute to the fast healing of spot microsters.
Use the best microstors that form a laser grill (or a parliamentary group network) to achieve the desired effect of the procedure. The laser beam repeats the pattern of the fragment network when penetrating into the skin and does not harm and does not violate the neighboring areas of the tissue.
The selection of the method of influence, which is best suited for a specific technology of laser rejuvenation, can significantly influence the result of the procedure.

The fractional (point) effect of the laser on the skin is often used in distinguished processes to soften your inevitable adverse consequences. This reduces the rehabilitation period, eliminates the formation of a continuous itching crust during healing and enables the use of laser technologies at a high temperature even in sensitive areas in the eyelids or in nasolabial triangle.
Field rejuvenation is often used for:
- The appearance of wrinkles, wrinkles, grooves and wrinkles of all depth;
- Hyperpigmentation or hyperkeratosis;
- Gray shadow of the face;
- Skin dehydration;
- Loss of skin from natural turgor and elasticity;
- Extended pores;
- The manifestation of scars and spots is post -Acne.
A striking example of such an anti -aging procedure is a fractional laser grinding of the skin (otherwise -fractional thermolysis). Universal, effective, economical enough - it is loved by cosmetics and customers, and with a competent execution it is comparable with much more serious cosmetological interventions (up to plastic surgery).
Therefore, fractional ablation laser procedures are much softer than classic, but nevertheless violate the surface of the skin (although in minimal variables).
Neodymium rejuvenation
When we talk about the procedure of non-bative rejuvenation, a neodyme laser is widespread. This device has a wavelength of around 1064 Nm - 1320 Nm, which explains the ability of its beam to penetrate the skin (up to 4 mm) as deep as possible. At the same time, the dermis heats up evenly and the impact on the epidermis is practically missing.
The heated collagen is compacted, the regeneration process of existing fibers and the synthesis of new things are activated. As a result, the skin becomes smooth, elastic and tinted, and the lifting effect occurs after the first intervention and lasts long (up to one and a half years).
In addition, a neodymium laser has proven to fight a vascular network, acne, pigmentation and even fresh scars since its beam:
- It sticks to the walls of damaged vessels, except for the blood flow in it, with such "non -editing" vessels unobtrusive;
- kills bacteria that cause acne to appear and inhibits the production of sebum;
- Destroyed overly pigmented dermis cells;
- It increases the elasticity of the connective tissue at the place of a fresh scar and glues the walls of the vessels that feed it, which is why the scar is pale.
The procedure for rejuvenation of neodymium is painless after it is not a rehabilitation phase (reddening of the skin within 1 hour) and the risk of complications and side effects is minimal. The advantages are obvious.
The smooth union and the non-abnormal rejuvenation of neodyme laser work almost the same, but in different depths. Long impulses of the inheritance laser, which are used in the smooth reinforcement, heat the upper layers of the skin to a depth of the size of 0, 4 mm, and the neodymium radiation penetrates into the tissue up to a depth of up to 4 mm. At the same time, the effect lies on different skin structures (for example, the beam of the inheritance laser does not reach the depths of capillaries or sebum glands and cannot influence them accordingly).

3D, 4D and 5D unit
Laser rejuvenation itself has recently been quite revolutionary, and today you have to choose between Laser 3D, 4D and 5D unit.
In fact, everything is anything but mysterious as it sounds: 3, 4 and 5 are the number of levels of the corresponding procedure. Let's let the letter D to the conscience of the one who developed it on the conscience. Although there is an opinion that is known to D, which is known to us by describing three -dimensional objects, the three main parameters of the skin - color, texture and elasticity. If you follow this logic, we talk about three, four and five-speed processes to improve the color, texture and elasticity of the skin.
Recommendations for the recovery period after laser rejuvenation
After laser rejuvenation, a burning feeling, a redness and swelling of the tissue, which normally pass within 1 to 3 days, are characteristic. In order to facilitate the recovery period as far as possible after the procedure, the following recommendations adhere to:
- Process damaged skin with dexpanthenol in the form of cream, ointment or spray;
- After disappearing, go to the cream with hyaluronic acid and use it until the next course process. Moist the skin with cream at least twice a day.
- Avoid direct sunlight and use sun protection with an SPF protection factor at least 30 months after the procedure.
- Visit the pool, bathrooms and saunas;
- Limit physical activity;
- Do not use peels and bowls (both mechanically and chemically);
- Do not remove the resulting crusts at the place of the damage: you will come down yourself;
- Follow all the recommendations of the beautician who carried out the process.
After non-blank, no special rehabilitation laser procedures are required, but there are still some recommendations, for example after smooth:
- Limit physical activity for the week;
- Forget the bath, the sauna and the hot bath for 2-3 weeks;
- Refuse to visit the solarium for 3-4 weeks;
- If you go outside, use sunscreen first.
The duration of the rehabilitation period after laser rejuvenation is individually for each specific case and depends on the properties of the patient's skin. Usually the restoration occurs after 7-10 days with proper care and compliance with all requirements.
